Infratech Infrared patio heaters sustainably increase safety and comfort in outdoor entertaining areas. There are many variables in creating ambient warmth, and the effectiveness and cost of heating an outdoor space depend on the design of the selected heating option. This course looks at the available outdoor heating options and their sustainability profiles, focusing on the types, color choices, mounting methods, and control options of electric infrared heaters. It includes a review of the steps required to select the best solution. 60 minutes.

Learning Objectives

  • Discuss the characteristics and effectiveness of various outdoor heating options, comparing energy efficiency, air quality, safety, aesthetics, and occupant comfort levels provided.
  • Identify the features and environmental and health benefits of electric infrared heaters (including domestically sourced products) and how they provide outdoor heating solutions that meet sustainable design goals.
  • Discuss the types, applications, color options, and mounting methods of electric infrared heaters.
  • Define the types of electric infrared heater controls that are available and explain how they are used to achieve maximum human comfort, convenience, and energy savings.
