Duro-Last Today's business environment presents significant challenges for commercial roofing systems. Shortages and disruptions in the supply chain, coupled with a diminishing labor force, have led to uncertainty, inflation, and scheduling difficulties for many projects. However, these challenges also open doors for innovative solutions. This course explores the financial and environmental advantages of using a PVC roofing system. It also highlights the benefits of choosing a roofing system from a single supplier. 60 minutes.

Learning Objectives

  • Analyze the impacts of the roofing supply chain and labor challenges and recognize the sustainability and practical benefits of a single-source roofing system.
  • Assess the benefits of PVC membranes as a choice for durable, high-performance roofing systems.
  • Compare insulation materials with a focus on energy consumption, sustainability, and compatibility with environmental conditions.
  • Evaluate the financial and environmental advantages of an overlay roofing system compared to a complete tear-off.

Faculty BIO

Roger Bertolini has over 30 years of experience in facilitating, designing, and implementing sales, management, and people skills training and development programs; coaching, counseling, and mentoring owners, managers, sales teams, and individuals; and developing marketing strategies and advertising programs for businesses.

Roger is currently working in developing market share and strategies for Duro-Last Roofing and Exceptional Metals in the northeast.



He is also a senior trainer for Freedom Prayer.
