1. Scope
1.1 This test method covers the isotopic abundance analysis or 234 U, 235 U and 238 U in samples of hydrolysed uranium hexafluoride (UF 6 ) by inductively coupled plasma source, multi-collector, mass spectrometry (ICP-MC-MS). This test method is also describe in ASTM STP 1344.
