1. Scope
1.1 This test method utilizes the Saybolt Furol viscometer to measure the consistency of emulsified asphalt. It is applicable to all the emulsified asphalts specified in Specifications D 977 and D 2397 .
1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.
