Description of 19/30385884 DC 2019This document describes the procedure to install and organize smart transportation for parking lot allocation to drivers in cities. It is intended to apply to cities, especially those having a shortage or low availability ratio of parking lots. This smart transportation still aims at a solution to the city issue of difficulty for drivers in finding vacant parking lots in a short time, with which other solutions can be expected additionally to traffic accidents and congestion, energy consumption, air pollution as well as noise and vibration in a city. This document clarifies the concept and goals of smart transportation by referring to the technical aspects suggested by ITU-TÂ Y.4456: 2018, Requirements and functional architecture for smart parking lots in smart cities.
